The only room on the ground floor. This room is characterized by a barrel vaulted ceiling, which recalls its past: it was the stables of the farmers who lived in this house. The entrance to the room is independent and has direct access to the outdoor garden with table, chairs and sun loungers overlooking the Tuscan hills.

This is the room for eternal romantics. It is characterized by a very high ceiling with beams and bricks: in the past, over 100 years ago, it was the room with the large fireplace.

It has a four-poster bed, a stone wall and a fireplace that make it special. The wardrobe just like grandma’s, a desk, with an iconic typewriter, to mark the slowness of time, the travel trunk, a bathroom with a large shower, equipped with towels, hairdryer and courtesy kit make it a room equipped with all comforts, with a refined and authentic style in a context that recalls and highlights the surrounding nature.

Small Villa

La Casetta del Guardiano

From the top of the hill adjacent to the Locanda, you enjoy a spectacular 360° view of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a garden of olive trees, figs, rosemary and lots of lavender. The vegetable garden that acts as a border.

The house has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a French bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, laundry room, a kitchen with everything you need for your holiday dinners, a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed. The terrace overlooks the valley and is perfect for a nice barbecue. In the garden you can enjoy the view lying on the comfortable sun loungers. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
