If you are our guest or you pass by Le Giunche in the morning you will smell the good scent of the traditional breakfasts of the past: local cold cuts and cheeses, fresh croissants, bread with tomato, crushed bread made with the shovel and with cracklings. The garden of Uncle Leo
It is an important place here in Le Giunche, and it involves all the people who live our place. A few meters from the Locanda, Uncle Leonardo, “hands of gold” and gardener for passion, wanted to retrace the footsteps of the tradition of our family, thanks to the experience of Nonno (Grandpa) Gigi, to bring in the dishes of our Osteria seasonal vegetables of the earth. The vegetable garden, as well as sustainability, is an expression of the artisanal passion that is found in our dishes. A path to discover the flavors of the season and the territory, which enriches the table of Locanda Le Giunche.
